Shipping is included in the price of £30 for twelve cupcakes. If you wish to collect your cakes we will deduct £6 from the cost. We use Royal Mail next-day delivery. We pack in sturdy boxes with inserts, placing each cake individually in a cellophane bag to ensure safe arrival.
Postage on cards is included in the price. They will usually be sent via Royal Mail as large letters.
Shipping of scrapbooks will be charged at cost.
We make everything to order and therefore we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of damage or loss in transit. As we will then make a claim against the carriers, we may require proof of the damage or written confirmation of the failure to arrive in order to satisfy their requirements.
